Peloton Equity Announces Sale of Arcadia Solutions
We are proud to share that Arcadia Solutions (“Arcadia”), a Peloton Equity (“Peloton”) portfolio company and a leader in healthcare data analytics, has entered into a strategic partnership with Nordic Capital, a leading global private equity investor. Nordic Capital will become the majority owner of Arcadia. The partnership marks a significant milestone for Arcadia and positions the company to continue scaling its capabilities and impact across the U.S. healthcare system.
Peloton initially invested in Arcadia in 2015, having recognized the company’s differentiated ability to unify complex data (across EHRs, claims, and other sources) to deliver actionable insights that improve the quality of care while reducing costs. Over the course of Peloton’s partnership, Arcadia transformed from a services-heavy business into a high-growth, recurring revenue SaaS platform. Today, Arcadia delivers insights across more than 150 million patient lives and 36,000 provider connections, enabling its clients — including major health systems, payers, and life sciences organizations — to improve care outcomes and reduce costs.
We have been honored to work alongside Arcadia’s management team as they built one of the leading companies in healthcare data analytics. Arcadia will continue to be led by CEO Michael Meucci and its existing management team. With Nordic Capital’s resources and healthcare expertise, we believe Arcadia is well positioned to deepen its platform capabilities and expand its market presence. As our Managing Partner Ted Lundberg put it: “Nordic Capital represents an ideal partner for Arcadia in its next chapter – it’s just the beginning!”
