President, Stryker’s Spine Division
Eric has more than 20 years of experience in the spinal device industry as an entrepreneur, executive, and board member. Eric co-founded K2M, a global leader in complex spine and minimally invasive medical device solutions, and led the company to over $280 million in revenue, two successful private equity exits (including as an FFC portfolio company), and an IPO in 2014. K2M was acquired by Stryker for $1.4 billion in 2018, and Eric now serves as president of Stryker’s $1+ billion in revenue spine division. Eric’s experience also includes numerous sales, marketing, strategy, and product development roles with various spinal device companies, including Acromed Spine and Synthes Spine—both now Johnson & Johnson companies.
Eric is a member of the AdvaMed CEO advisory council and sits on the board of directors of the Medical Device Manufacturers Association.
